A date is a target
The public roadmap uses month windows while exact days remain unfrozen. A missed target is changed in place with a short explanation; it is not silently rewritten after the fact.
Four public states
Planned means approved scope. In production means work exists but is not player-ready. Testable means a defined group can use it under acceptance criteria. Released means the production population has it. Percentages without evidence are not used.
Content is authored, not translated
The first release carries three incursions. Later milestones preserve the intended delivery cadence, but no old generation or region is mechanically renamed into ESVA. A new incursion is announced by its own law, visual language and roster only after those have passed their design gate.
