What it is
The Institute's fourth cadence. Each mandate is written as verb + target: the action required and the place where it counts.
How I do it
A mandate is read before it is carried out.
- Open the Mandates tabActive mandates appear with their full text on the line.in gamePost → Institute → Mandates
- Read the verbThe verb states the action: contain, clear, harvest, register, deal, use.
- Read the targetThe target states where the action counts: a class, a band, a quadrant, an incursion, the Cavern, the collection, the Market.
- Carry out and collectProgress counts only when verb and target match together. Containing outside the target moves nothing.
