What it is
Requests drawn once a month, on the same screen. This is the Institute's long cadence: big target, the whole month as runway, a return above the weekly.
How I do it
The monthly is planned at the start of the month.

- Measure the target against your routineThe types are the same — contain, clear a quadrant, harvest, register, deal — in a volume that only closes with steady play.
