The player market

Why player trading is sanctioned here, what is tradable, and how escrow protects both ends.

reviewed 8 August 2026

What it is

Trading items between players is sanctioned and designed in ESVA. In most MMOs it is grounds for a ban; here it is a game screen, with escrow on both sides.

How I do it

Before you startAn item in the collection Stamps and the expedition currency do not go into a listing.required

The trade happens in the Market, and the order below is the one escrow requires.

  1. Check what is tradableCollection items and profession material can be listed. Stamps and expedition currency stay in the account that received them.in gamePost → Market → List
  2. List it and let escrow actOn listing, the item leaves the collection and sits in the game's escrow. The buyer sees the public history before closing.in gamePost → Market
  3. Close with the double confirmationEscrow releases the item to one end and the Crédito to the other only after both confirmations. Neither end hands over first.in gamePost → Market → My listings

What is missing: the closed list of item categories that can be listed

What already holds: that collection items go in, that stamps and expedition currency do not, and that escrow holds both ends

What I get — and what it costs

What I get
Sanctioned tradeselling to and buying from another player inside the game, with the price history in plain sight and no risk of sanctionA listing fee and a sales tax, and the item locked in escrow while the listing stands.
What it costs
Not everything is tradableStamps and the expedition currency do not transfer.Escrow applies to both sidesNobody receives before the double confirmation, and that applies to you too.Money comes in, money does not go outThe Crédito from a trade circulates among players inside the game.
