Open Cases
What Open Cases are and why they only appear during an event.

What it is
Open Cases are esvas that appear only during an event: outside a running event they do not show up in the field. They exist to keep event material apart from what is always in rotation.
How I do it
Before you startEvent running With no event running, there is no Open Case to contain.required
What to do while no calendar is published:
- Check whether an event is runningSee whether an event is running. With no event, no quadrant shows an Open Case.
- Measure and contain during the eventWhile the event is running, the apparition is measured and contained like any other, with the flask.
- Register itOnce contained, the esva enters the collection and the species is marked in the Register.in gameCollection

What is missing: The event calendar is not published yet: there are no dates, no order, and no list of which Open Cases enter each event.
What already holds: What already holds: Open Cases exist and are event material — they appear only while an event is running.
